Chopped chicken cutlets: will become juicy thanks to a secret ingredient
Chopped cutlets are a dish made from whole pieces of meat rather than minced meat. Therefore, if you use chicken, the dish can turn out too dry. To prevent this from happening, you have to use some other ingredients that may not be typical of cutlets at all.
For example, food blogger Alex Mil posted a recipe for chopped chicken cutlets on Instagram. To prevent them from being too dry, he added a secret ingredient, which turned out to be canned corn.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 600 gr
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Flour – 40 gr
- Frying oil – 30 ml
- Grated hard cheese – 70 g
- Canned corn – 220 g
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and put it in a deep bowl.
2. Add eggs, flour, corn, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Mix thoroughly.
3. Fry the cutlets on medium heat on both sides until cooked.
4. Put them on a paper towel to remove all the oil and serve them to the table.
