Nut, banana and honey muffin

Ingredients:

  • kefir – 100 ml
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • cocoa – 1 tbsp
  • banana – 150 g
  • flour – 30 g
  • dark chocolate – 20 g
  • dried cranberries – 30 g
  • baking powder – 2 g
  • nuts\banana\honey for serving
  • sweetener

The method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs, kefir, cocoa, flour, banana, and baking powder until smooth.

2. Chop the chocolate. Add it together with the cranberries to the mixture.

3. Pour the mixture into a bowl or cup and microwave for 5 minutes.

Serve with nuts, bananas, or honey.
