Chocolate gingerbread cake: no need to bake

To make a delicious chocolate cake, you don't need to spend a lot of time mixing the dough and baking it. For the base, you can use ordinary cookies, which you just need to crush. The whole mass hardens perfectly in the refrigerator.

The idea of making a cake without baking gingerbread was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tania Sheremet (tania_sheremet).

Ingredients:

  • biscuits (crackers) - 200 g
  • nuts - 1 cup
  • white chocolate - 50 g
  • dark chocolate - 300 g
  • butter - 100 g
  • 20% cream - 1 cup

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the biscuits into pieces, also chop the white and dark chocolate.

2. Put the dark chocolate in a bowl.

3. Combine the butter and cream in a saucepan, bring to a boil, immediately pour in the dark chocolate, stir until melted.

4. Add cookies, nuts, white chocolate to the chocolate mass and mix.

4. Cover the mold with cling film, put the chocolate mixture, cover with cling film, and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

5. Remove from the mold, and sprinkle with cocoa.
