Chocolate cupcake with red wine for tea: a recipe for perfect fall pastries
Autumn is a great time to make flavorful pastries with cinnamon, apples, and chocolate. Alcohol, such as rum, dry red wine, will give these desserts a special flavor.
Chef Tanja Karlsruhe shared a recipe for a delicious chocolate cake with red wine on Instagram, which will be very flavorful and not dry.
Ingredients:
- milk chocolate - 100 g
- sugar - 200 g
- butter - 200 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- cocoa - 1 tsp.
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- red wine - 110 ml
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in the oven.
2. Beat eggs with sugar, add butter and mix again.
3. Pour in the melted chocolate, add the flour, cinnamon, cocoa, baking powder and mix well.
4. Pour the red wine into the finished dough and mix.
5. Grease a baking dish with butter, put the dough in, and bake in the oven for 60 minutes.
6. Pour hot chocolate over the finished cupcake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
