This chocolate cake is perfect for those moments when you need to prepare a delicious dessert for guests very quickly. It takes only 10 minutes to make it. Then you put the mold with the mass in the oven and go about your business.

The idea of making an elementary chocolate cake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olga Golovina.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 170 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • sugar – 130 g
  • cocoa – 40 g
  • baking powder – 6 g
  • vegetable oil – 70 ml
  • salt – a pinch
  • boiling water – 130 ml

Ingredients for the glaze:

  • milk – 50 ml
  • chocolate – 80 g
  • butter – 30 g

Method of preparation:

1. To make the cake, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy and light. Add the oil and beat a little more.

2. Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa, and salt in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and mix.

3. Pour in boiling water. Mix all this well until smooth, you can use a mixer. Cover the baking dish with parchment and pour the cake mixture into it. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

4. For the glaze, mix milk and butter.

5. Put it on the fire and stirring constantly, bring it to homogeneity. It will take just a minute.

6. Remove from heat, add chocolate and mix until smooth. Cover the cooled cake. Decorate to taste. You can use nuts.
