Cheesecake, like in the TV series "Friends": the judge of "MasterChef" shared the secret of the dessert

Dedicated to the fans of Friends. Does everyone remember the episode in which Chandler and Rachel ate cheesecake off the plate? Extremely mousse-like, delicate, creamy, and sand-based - well, it's a classic. It is so delicious that it is not a sin to eat it even from the floor.

Hector Jimenez-Bravo, chef and judge of the MasterChef cooking show, shared his cheesecake recipe, just like in the Friends TV series, on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• Shortbread cookies - 500 g
• Butter - 166 g
• Cream cheese - 1 kg
• Powdered sugar - 200 g
• Eggs - 5 pcs
• Cream - 333 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Mash the cookies and combine them with melted butter. Put them in the bottom of the mold. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar.
2. Add the eggs. Gradually pour in the cream.
3. Pour the mixture into the mold. Bake for 1 hour at 150 degrees.
4. Cool the cheesecake gradually: first with the oven door open, then at room temperature.

The chef also recommends putting a container of water on the bottom of the oven.
