Cheese and chocolate mini-cakes: how to make without baking

Easter is coming soon, which means that millions of housewives will start making Easter cakes any day now. But what if you don't have an oven in which to bake delicious and fluffy Easter cakes?

In this case, a recipe from a food blogger named iriska_dimitrova will come in handy. On Instagram, she shared how to make mini-chocolate cakes that don't require baking.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 9% - 500 g
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Sour cream 20% - 80 g
  • Powdered sugar - 70-90 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 20 g
  • Dark chocolate - 100 g

Ingredients for the glaze:

  • White chocolate - 60 g
  • Butter - 1 tbsp.

Additionally:

  • Paper cups for 340-350 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Combine cottage cheese, soft butter, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl.

Blend the ingredients with a blender.

2. Blend with a blender until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.

3. Add the melted chocolate and mix with a spatula until smooth. It is important that the curd mass is at room temperature at this stage.

4. Using a needle, make many holes in the bottom of the paper cups and grease them with odorless oil.

5. Fill the cups with the curd-chocolate mass, periodically knocking the cups on the table to release the air.

6. Cover with foil and put under a small press. Put in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.

7. Release the cakes from the cups by simply tearing them. Melt white chocolate with butter and decorate the cakes.
