Budget tartlets for a festive table: an appetizer recipe in 5 minutes

Tartlets are one of the simplest types of appetizers. They can be filled with any ingredient: cheese, tuna, corn, fresh and canned vegetables.

The cook shared a recipe for very budget-friendly and delicious tartlets with tuna, eggs, and fresh cucumbers on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• shortbread tartlets - 8-12 pcs.
• tuna - 80 g
• corn - 80 g
• fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
• boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
• mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
• parsley
• salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the eggs, finely chop the cucumbers and chop the parsley.

2. Add tuna, corn, mayonnaise, spices and mix.

3. Fill the tartlets with the salad and serve.
