Ingredients:

• potatoes
• lard
• spices

• sour cream
• garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the bacon and potatoes.

2. Thread bacon on wooden skewers alternating with potatoes.

3. Sauce: mix sour cream with chopped herbs, add garlic, spices, mix.

4. Put the kebabs in the mold, sprinkle with spices, and pour the sauce.

5. Bake in the oven until tender.
