Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Greens - 10 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Flour for breading
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes until tender, cool, peel and mash them as if they were mashed.
2. Add the egg, chopped herbs, spices and garlic, and finely grated cheese. Mix thoroughly.
3. Form the pancakes with wet hands and roll in the cheese, pressing it down a little. The cheese will add a ruddy crust. Then roll in flour on all sides.
4. Fry in a hot frying pan for about 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
It will be delicious with sour cream!
