Better than classic ones: delicious buckwheat cutlets with sauce for a hearty lunch

Ingredients:
- any meat - 500 g
- buckwheat groats - 150 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- onions - 2 pcs
- tomato sauce - 200 g
- salt and pepper - to taste
- oat flour - 50 g for breading
- oil - 2-4 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Wash the buckwheat and put it into boiling salted water. Cook until tender and let it cool.
2. Pass the meat and peeled onion through a meat grinder.
3. Add eggs, salt, pepper to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
4. Add the buckwheat and mix well again.
5. Form cutlets with your hands and bread them in flour.
6. Heat a frying pan, add oil and fry the buckwheat cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
7. Cut the second onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then pour in the tomato sauce and saute.
8. Put the cutlets in the pan with the sauce, cover and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
