Sour cream cake is a very simple homemade pastry based on shortcrust dough and sour cream filling. Thanks to the large amount of filling, the cake is very tender, mousse-like and somewhat reminiscent of cheesecake.

Ingredients:
Base:
- wheat flour - 100 g
- corn flour - 100 g
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- milk - 50 ml
Sour cream mass:
- sour cream - 2 bottles (350-370 g)
- eggs - 3 pcs
- flour - 2 tbsp
- banana - 1 pc
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet

Method of preparation:
1. For the base, mix flour, butter and milk. Stir with a spatula. The mass will be a little loose.
2. Pour the finished base into the mold, forming sides.
3. Beat the ingredients for the sour cream filling with a mixer until smooth.

4. Pour the resulting filling onto the base.
5. Bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour. Be sure to cool the cake afterwards.
