Better than cakes: airy cinnamon rolls with flavorful cottage cheese cream for tea

For the filling, you can use cinnamon with sugar, honey, berries, nuts, cottage cheese, raisins, and condensed milk. It is worth noting that the dish is as good as cakes or buns.

Ingredients:
- flour - 450 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 40 g
- warm milk - 200 ml
- dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- soft butter - 60 g
The filling:
- sugar - 100 g
- cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- soft butter - 100 g
For the cream
- cream cheese - 200 g
- powdered sugar - 40 g
- milk - 2 tbsp.
- liquid vanilla - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough, mix egg, milk, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add flour, knead the dough and leave for 30 minutes.
2. Then add soft butter and knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth. If the dough sticks to your hands, add another tablespoon of flour.
3. Put the dough into a bowl greased with oil and leave to let it double in size.
4. Mix the cinnamon and sugar.
5. Roll out the dough into a 40*60 cm rectangle, brush with butter to 2-2.5 cm from one edge, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Wrap in a loose roll, pinch the edges, and cut into 12 equal pieces.
6. Put the buns in a baking sheet covered with parchment, cover with cling film and leave for 40 minutes.
7. Then bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
8. For the cream, mix all the ingredients, grease the hot buns and you can eat!
