Better than any pie: chocolate muffin with pear for tea
Cupcakes are a great alternative to sweet pies. It's worth noting that they can be made with various fillings, cream, and jam. The most important thing is to make a good and not clogged dough, which determines the taste and structure of the dish.
Cook Juliia (cook_julija_simonchuk) shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pear cupcake that is not dry, tasty, and flavorful.
Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sugar – 150 g
- sour cream – 100 g
- flour – 200 g
- cocoa – 30 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- butter – 100 g
- chocolate – 50 g
- pear – 3-4 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, and mix or lightly beat with a mixer.
2. Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder, and sift into the liquid mass.
3. Pour in the melted butter, stir, and add the chocolate and stir again.
4. Put half of the mass into a parchment-lined baking dish, then put the whole pears and pour in the rest of the dough.
5. Bake the cake for about 1 hour at 180 C.
Remove the cupcake from the mold and let it cool, then slice it and serve it for tea!
