Ingredients:
- beets - 1 pc.

- water - 50 ml
- sugar - 400
- dark chocolate - 100 g

- walnuts - 80 g
A mixture of nuts

- mint - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, boil or bake the beets.

2. Then let the vegetable cool, peel it, grate it on a coarse grater, and put it in a saucepan.

3. Add water, sugar, bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Chop the nuts and pour into a saucepan, cook over low heat until the jam begins to thicken.

5. Add the chopped mint and chopped chocolate to the finished "jam", stir and cook until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

6. Put everything in sterile jars and preserve.
Store the jam for up to 6 months. Or simply put it in dry, clean jars and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days!
