Banosh is a traditional dish from western Ukraine made from corn grits. Thousands of people come to Galicia to taste banosh and experiment with various additions. But we shouldn't forget about buckwheat, which is one of the most popular types of cereal in our country.

But what if you like banosh and buckwheat porridge equally? That's right! You need to try cooking them together. This is exactly what food blogger Vladimir Yaroslavsky did and posted the results of his experiment on Instagram.
