Baked potatoes with pickled onions, mushrooms and cheese: a recipe for a perfect dinner dish
Baked potatoes are always a good option for a hearty meal for lunch and even dinner. Potatoes are perfectly combined with cheese, herbs, onions, butter, garlic, and sour cream. You can add smoked paprika for a bright flavor.
Culinary expert Oleksandr Ogorodnik shared a recipe for delicious baked potatoes with pickled onions, cheese, butter, and mushrooms on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- potatoes
- marinated mushrooms
- butter
- mozzarella cheese
- onion
- salt/pepper/sugar
- vinegar
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the potatoes at 150-160 C for 30-40 minutes until soft in the middle.
2. Thinly chop the onion, add the vinegar, sugar and hot water.
3. Carefully cut the potatoes in half, but not completely, add butter, cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and mix thoroughly with a fork.
4. Put the marinated mushrooms, dill and onion on top of the potatoes, drizzle with a little olive oil and eat.
