Baked potatoes with herring for a hearty lunch: a simple recipe for a delicious dish
Potatoes are a versatile vegetable that can be used to make delicious and satisfying dishes, including pies, donuts, casseroles, zrazy, and salads. Potatoes can also be deliciously baked, fried with onions and mushrooms, and served with herring and other delicious fillings.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg
- herring fillet - 150 g
- butter - 50-80 g
- sour cream - 120 g
- pickled mushrooms - 100 g
- red onion - 1/2 pc.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
- oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the potatoes, then drizzle them with vegetable oil and rub with salt.
2. Put the potatoes in foil and bake at 200 C for 1 hour.
3. For the filling, finely chop the onion, sprinkle with lemon juice, add the herring cut into small cubes, finely chopped mushrooms, and sour cream and mix.
4. Flatten the finished baked potatoes with a fork, add a slice of butter and the filling.
