Ingredients:

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the mackerel carcass from the insides, and brush it with oil and fish spices.

2. Grate the processed cheese and stuff the fish.

3. Brush the top with mayonnaise, wrap in foil, and put in the oven to bake at 180 C for about 30 minutes.
