Apple pie without dough that everyone can make: the easiest recipe from Liza Hlinska
Apple pie is one of the easiest and fastest pies to make, based on any apple. They are often used to make delicious Charlotte, as well as casseroles and buns.
Cook Liza Hlinska shared a recipe for the easiest-to-make apple pie without dough on Morning with Ukraine (scroll to the end of the page to watch the video).
Ingredients:
- apples – 8-9 pcs
- milk – 100 ml
- flour – 200 g
- semolina – 200 g
- sugar – 230 g
- baking powder – 10 g
- cinnamon or vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
- butter – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the apples, and peel them.
2. Then grate them on a coarse grater.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients.
4. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the butter, heat until the butter is completely dissolved.
5. Take a mold and put the base for the cake – dry ingredients, then a layer of apples, and do this until you run out of ingredients.
Pour the butter and milk filling on top of the pie and sprinkle with sugar.
6. Put the finished pie in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 180°C.
Let the pie cool, slice it, and serve it with tea or coffee. But you can also eat this pie hot with ice cream.
