In the summer, be sure to stock up on different jellies. You can always make light and basic desserts from this product in a matter of minutes. It will be much better than high-calorie sponge cake and cream cakes.

The idea of making a two-ingredient summer jelly dessert is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alina with the nickname alin withkitchen. You will need cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

  • jelly - 4 packs (different types)
  • cottage cheese - 750 g

Method of preparation:

1. Dilute three packs of jelly with 200 ml of water.

2. Stir and cool.

3. Add cottage cheese alternately (250 g for each type of jelly).

4. Beat with a blender until smooth.

5. Pour into the mold.

6. Put each layer in the refrigerator to harden (about 30 minutes).

7. After three layers have been made, stir the last packet of jelly with 350 ml of water.

8. Cool and pour onto the top layer.

9. Eat after the last layer has hardened.
