Delicious pancakes for breakfast
Ingredients:
- flour - 1 cup
- kefir - 250 ml
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- apples - 3 pcs.
- soda - 0.5 tsp
- salt - a pinch
- oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Add soda, and salt to kefir, and mix.
- Then add eggs, and sugar, and whisk well.
- Sift the flour 2 times, add to the egg mixture, and mix well.
- Wash the apples, you can peel them, but it's better to leave them on, cut them into cubes, add them to the dough, and mix.
- Heat a frying pan well, pour in vegetable oil, and spoon out the pancakes.
- Fry until golden brown, and put them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
The pancakes will turn out to be very airy, fluffy, and tasty, it is better to eat them immediately – hot, you can add jam, chocolate, or any syrup to your taste.
