No-bake desserts can be made quite light and low in calories. This is exactly what you need for the spring and summer. You can use regular cottage cheese for the base. It will also go well with juicy cherries.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 5% - 350 g
  • white yogurt without fillers - 150 g
  • gelatin - 25 g + and 100 ml of water (two portions of gelatin and water)
  • frozen or canned cherries - 350 g
  • sugar substitute - 50+40 g
  • water - 300-400 ml (or cherry compote)

1. Pour 25 g of gelatin into two plates and cover with 100 g of water.

2. Leave to swell.

3. Put 350 g of cottage cheese in a plate and pour in liquid white yogurt.

4. Add sugar substitute (adjust the amount of sugar substitute to taste).

5. Beat into a homogeneous mass with a blender.

6. Melt the gelatin, which will harden, and pour it into the cottage cheese.

7. Mix and pour into a convenient mold.

8. Leave to harden for 15 minutes.

9. Take the cherries (if there is any compote left, use it) and sprinkle with the sugar substitute.

10. Pour boiling water over and wait for the water to cool.

11. Pour in the melted gelatin, stir and pour this mass over the cheese layer.

12. Put in the refrigerator until completely set.
