Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- sugar – 70 g
- warm milk – 40 ml.
- oil – 20 ml.
- flour – 70 g
- cocoa – 20 g
- baking powder – 1 tbsp.

- sour cream – 500 g
- heavy cream – 250 g
- fine sugar or powdered sugar – 100 g
- colored jelly
- gelatin – 2 tbsp
- milk – 100 ml.

1. Pour the jelly with less water than indicated on the package 3-4 hours before cooking or overnight.
2. Then, for the sponge cake, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.

3. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder.
4. Mix gently with a spatula.
5. Pour the oil into the warm milk and pour it into the dough.

6. Stir, pour into a baking dish (covered with parchment), and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
7. After baking, let cool completely.
8. Check the readiness with a toothpick (it should be dry).

9. Next, in a separate bowl, combine the sour cream with the cream and sugar and mix.
10. Melt the gelatin in the microwave and pour it into the sour cream. Then quickly add the diced jelly of different colors and chopped grapes.

11. Mix everything thoroughly and gently.
12. Form the cake in a split mold.

13. Pour the sour cream mixture onto the sponge cake, smooth it out, and garnish with strawberries if desired. Put in the refrigerator for an hour.
14. Dissolve another packet of jelly in hot water, let it cool completely, and pour over the strawberries on the cake.
