A new way to make waffle cake: a recipe for the simplest and most delicious dessert

Waffle cake is one of the most delicious homemade desserts. In the classic version, it is made with condensed milk, but you can add nuts, fruits, jam, and berries for an original taste.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious, easy and quick to prepare waffle cake on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• condensed milk - 350-400 g
• walnuts - one glass (150-160 g)
• soft butter - 180 g
• coconut flakes - 50 g
• banana - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1️. Fry the nuts in a hot dry frying pan, chop to crumbs. Transfer the mass to a bowl, add soft butter, coconut, condensed milk, mix until smooth.

2. Spread the waffle cakes with the filling, if desired, put a sliced banana in the middle of the cake.

3. Wrap the cake in cling film and refrigerate overnight under a press.
