A hearty potato pie without flour: has a crispy golden crust
Potato pie is a great recipe for lunch and dinner for the whole family. It will be especially satisfying if you add cheese and ham. It is perfectly baked inside, flavorful, and has a golden crispy crust.

Ingredients:
- potatoes – 1 kg
- eggs – 2 pcs
- chicken ham – 200 g
- Parmesan cheese – 50 g
- milk – 100 ml
- butter – 20 g
- breadcrumbs – 20 g
- vegetable oil – 20 ml
- black pepper, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes: cook for 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
2. Drain the water from the finished potatoes and mash them to a state of puree.
3. Add beaten eggs, milk, butter, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Stir well.
4. Dice the ham and grate the Parmesan cheese. Add to the potato mixture. Stir to combine.
5. Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs. Put in the potato mixture.
6. Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs on top of the pie. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. ⠀
