Ingredients:
- egg - 1 pc.
- yogurt without additives - 150 g
- flour (wheat or rice) - 100 g
- ham - 100 g
- cheese - 50 g
- soda - a pinch
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
Healthy ham sandwiches
- Cut the ham and cheese.
- For the dough, mix yogurt, salt, baking soda, flour, and egg. The dough should be thick.
- Heat a frying pan, reduce the heat to "less than medium", and put the pancakes (1 spoonful of dough and form circles).
- Put ham, cheese, ham again, and a spoonful of dough on the dough.
- Cover with a lid. Turn over when the underside is browned.
