1. Salad with avocado and shrimp

An easy salad for dinner

Ingredients:

  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • shrimps - 150 g
  • lettuce leaves - 70 g
  • cherry tomatoes - 5-7 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 50 g
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1/2 pc.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp or natural yogurt - 100 ml
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil and peel the shrimp.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Put lettuce leaves, shrimp, tomatoes, chopped onions, pepper, salt, add the juice of 1 lemon, season with yogurt or oil, and mix.
  4. Top with sliced avocado.

2. Salad with nuts and arugula

Ingredients:

  • various salads - arugula, lettuce - 400 g
  • walnuts - 150 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • pomegranate - 1 pc.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the arugula, preferably soak in cold water for 30-50 minutes.
  2. Chop the nuts, split the pomegranate, chop the onion.
  3. Dressing: mix oil, salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice.
  4. Put lettuce leaves, arugula, nuts on a plate, pour the dressing and add pomegranate seeds.

3. Beetroot with cheese and spinach

Ingredients:

  • beets - 1 pc.
  • Feta cheese - 100 g
  • spinach - 100 g
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • nuts - 50 g
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the beets, cut into large pieces.
  2. Dressing: mix mustard, oil, salt, pepper.
  3. Wash the spinach, put it in a large bowl, add the beets, cheese, pour over the dressing and sprinkle with nuts.
