1. Tuna with vegetables

Ingredients:
- tuna - 900 g
- green asparagus - 1 bunch
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- parsley - 3 sprigs
- vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the fish fillet well, and dry it with a paper towel.
- Chop all the vegetables, put them on a baking sheet, add salt, pepper, and a little oil, mix well, and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
- Take the vegetables out after the time has elapsed, put the well-salted and peppered tuna and peeled asparagus on them, pour the sauce made from chopped garlic and oil over everything, and sprinkle with chopped parsley for flavor.
- Put in the oven for another 30 minutes. Tuna with vegetables is ready.
2. Boneless barbecue ribs

Ingredients:
- pork ribs - 900 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- garlic - 3-4 cloves.
- soy sauce - 30-50 ml
- paprika - 10 g
- ketchup - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Wash the meat, dry it, rub it well with salt, pepper, paprika, and add ketchup.
- Mix the chopped garlic with lemon juice and add to the meat, then leave the ribs to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Rub a baking dish with oil, put the meat in it, and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200° C. It is better to cover the top with foil to keep the meat tender.
- After half an hour, remove the foil and put the ribs in for another 20 minutes to brown them well.
Serve the dish with vegetables and baked potatoes.
3. Shrimps with broccoli
Shrimp would be a great dinner option
Ingredients:
- shrimp - 500-700 g
- broccoli - 300-400 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- celery stalks - 5-7 pcs.
- sesame seeds - 20 g
- paprika - 10 g
- soy sauce - 30 ml
- lime zest, lemon zest - 20 g
Method of preparation:
- Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in boiling, well-salted water for 3-4 minutes. Then put them in ice water.
- Peel raw shrimp and fry well for about 5 minutes in vegetable oil, add chopped garlic and lime zest.
- After that, add soy sauce, fry for 2 minutes, and add broccoli, mix everything well, and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and chopped celery stalks.
