Ingredients:

  • Sour cream – 200 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Chop the cilantro, mash the nuts well, add mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic, mix well, and refrigerate for 30-50 minutes.

  • Tomato paste – 250 ml
  • Water – 200 ml
  • Garlic – 3 cloves

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the basil well and chop it finely, chop the garlic and add it to the basil.
  2. Put the tomato paste in a frying pan, add water, and let it dry well for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add the basil and garlic, as well as sugar, mix everything well, season with salt and pepper, add spices, and mix again.
  4. Leave under the lid for 5 minutes, over low heat.

Cool the sauce and add a little basil before serving.

3. Tzatziki sauce

Yogurt and cucumber-based sauce

Ingredients:

  • Natural yogurt or sour cream – 400 ml
  • Cucumber – 2 pcs
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Paprika – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Greens (lettuce, dill, parsley) – 20 g
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Peel the cucumber, cut it open, and remove all the seeds. Then grate it on a coarse grater and put it in a colander, add salt and pepper, and after 10 minutes squeeze the juice well so that it is dry.
  2. Finely chop the garlic, chop the herbs, and add them to the cucumber mixture.
  3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the cucumber, garlic, and herbs.
  4. Add lemon juice and olive oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with paprika.
