Zucchini and chicken are a perfect combination. In addition to a casserole, it can also be easily transformed into delicious and satisfying muffins. Moreover, this dish can easily turn into a snack for a child.

Baby food expert Viktoriia Vorokh shared her recipe for zucchini and chicken muffins exclusively with FoodOboz. An unusual ingredient in it is cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chicken fillet, it is better to take meat from the thighs, as it is more juicy 150-200 gr
  • 1 tablespoon with a slide of cottage cheese 5%
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of kefir
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1 medium zucchini

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the zucchini and chicken meat (for a more delicate cake structure, it is better to tear it finely).

2. Mix the kefir, egg, and cottage cheese, slowly add the flour, kneading the dough at the same time, and add the baking powder at the end.

3. After 3-5 minutes, add the chopped chicken and zucchini.

4. Put the dough into silicone molds. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

If you wish, you can also add greens or other vegetables to the dough, and you can also top the dish with hard cheese.
