Yevhen Klopotenko's versatile Chimichurri sauce: suitable for any dish
Chimichurri sauce is the perfect addition to any of your favorite meat or fish dishes. It is so versatile that it will even go with ordinary porridge. Although the name of this culinary masterpiece is quite unusual and interesting, it uses very simple ingredients, and the process takes very little time.
The idea for this sauce was shared by celebrity chef Yevhen Klopotenko on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- any greens
- chili
- garlic
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the garlic.
2. Tear the greens.
3. Grind everything in a blender.

Ingredients:
- basil - 50 g
- walnuts - 50 g
- olive oil (or sunflower oil) - 60 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 40 g
- salt - a pinch
- garlic - 2 cloves
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the basil, separate the leaves from the stems and put them in a mortar. Only the leaves of this aromatic herb should be used for the sauce, as the stems can give unwanted bitterness.
2. Cut the garlic into small pieces and put it in a mortar.
3. Add the nuts, separated by hand.
4. Pound them with the garlic and basil in a mortar and pestle until smooth. Add a pinch of salt.
5. Grate the Parmesan cheese directly into the mortar.
