Ingredients:
- Persimmons - 2 pcs
- Whole wheat flour - 250 g
- Oil- 70 ml
- Hot water - 100 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon - 1\ 2 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 1 \ 2 tsp.
- Salt
- Powdered sugar
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Add oil and water. Knead the dough. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut persimmons into circles. Roll out the dough.
- Lay out the persimmons, indenting the sides. After - wrap them up.
- Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
