Chef Tetiana Sheremet shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and healthy cabbage salad with apple, green onions, and dressing, which is ideal for those on a diet.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 300 g
- carrots - 1 pc.
- apple - 1 pc.
- green onions - a small bunch
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage and mash it with your hands, add salt and sugar, mix again.
2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, add them to the cabbage, and add the finely chopped onion.
3. Peel and cut the apple into strips, and add to the cabbage.
4. Dress the salad with lemon juice and oil.
