Ingredients:
- pita bread – 1 pc.
- egg – 3 pcs.
- milk – 120 g
- salt, ground black pepper
- tomato – 1 pc.
- cheese – 60-100 g
- basil/parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pita bread into strips.
2. Mix eggs with milk. Add salt and pepper.
3. Mix with pita bread.
4. Cut the tomato.
5. Grate the cheese.
6. Put the pita bread in a frying pan, and top with tomatoes and cheese. Fry for 15 minutes under the lid.
7. Sprinkle with basil or parsley.
