What to make with oatmeal for a snack: a recipe for a healthy oatmeal pancake with fish and herbs

Oatmeal can be used to make not only porridge and soup but also healthy pancakes that can be served with both savory and sweet fillings.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious oatmeal pancake with cream cheese, fish, and herbs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

For the pancake:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp of oatmeal
  • 4 tbsp of milk
  • salt

For the filling:

  • cream cheese
  • mix of salads
  • red fish
  • tomatoes
  • parmesan cheese

Method of preparation:

1. For the pancake: beat eggs with salt, add oatmeal, and pour the mixture into a hot frying pan greased with butter.

2. Fry over low heat, covered, on both sides until golden brown.

3. Put the pancake on top on a plate and put cheese on 1 half, fish and greens, tomatoes, cheese on top, and roll it in half.
