Guacamole is a very nutritious avocado spread. Making a sandwich with it in the morning will be much better than putting a lot of butter and sausage on bread. And the most important thing is that you will cope with such a dish as quickly as possible.
The idea of making a healthy avocado sandwich was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yuliia Senych (yuliia.senych). Using fresh home-grown vegetables for such a sandwich is exactly what you need.
Ingredients:
- ripe medium avocado - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove
- cherry tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- lemon juice - 1-2 tsp.
- salt. pepper, paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the core of the avocado.
2. Add the lemon juice.
3. Chop the garlic.
4. Chop the onion and tomatoes.
5. Mash everything with a fork and mix.
6. Add the spices.
How to choose a ripe avocado?
1. Tear off a piece of the stem that is partially left at the top of the fruit.
2. If it is brown below, the fruit is overripe, and if it is deep green, it is a perfect avocado.
