- vegetable oil - 150 ml
- hot pepper - 4 pcs
- garlic - 4 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Pass all the vegetables, as well as apples, through a meat grinder.
2. Add salt and sugar.
3. Cook for 1.5 hours.
4. Remove excess water 15 minutes before the end.
5. Add vinegar, oil, bitter pepper, and garlic.
