What to cook without gas and light: recipes for easy bread spreads
Spreads are an easy and hearty snack option with bread or sandwiches. Most importantly, they can be made when the lights and gas are off. Cooking time takes a maximum of 10 minutes.

Variant 1
Ingredients:
- avocado
- tunette
- egg (boiled in advance)
- tomato
Method of preparation:
1. Mash avocado, tuna and egg with a fork, chop tomato.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
Variant 2
Ingredients:
- canned chickpeas\ beans
- olive/sunflower oil
- salt, pepper, spices
- lemon juice
- tomatoes (optional)
Cooking method:
1. Knead canned legumes without liquid with a fork, then add a small amount of vegetable oil, as well as salt, spices and a little lemon juice.
2. If desired, add chopped tomatoes.

Ingredients:

- fruits
Preparation method:
1. Chop the fruit, then mix it with the paste.
