- zucchini – 2 large
- eggs – 3 pcs
- Greek yogurt – 3 tbsp
- tomato – 1 pc
- flour – 5 tbsp
- mozzarella

1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, season with salt, and squeeze out the excess juice after 5 minutes.
2. Add the eggs to the zucchini, Greek yogurt, diced tomato, and a clove of garlic (chopped).
