Ingredients:
- pita bread or tortilla
- baked/fried chicken meat
- tomato
- pickled cucumber
- grated cheese
- ketchup
- "Tartar" sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Spread pita bread with sauce and ketchup.
2. Put the meat on top, top with chopped tomato, cucumbers, onions and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Fold and fry on a grill pan.
