Beetroot is one of the most delicious and healthy vegetables that can be eaten raw, baked, and boiled. It also makes delicious sauces, salads, first courses, and appetizers.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious beetroot carpaccio with cheese and nuts on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • boiled beets
  • mixed green with arugula
  • nuts
  • stracciatella cheese
  • balsamic sauce

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the boiled beets into thin slices and place them on the bottom of a plate.

2. Top with mixed greens and cheese.

3. Pour the sauce and sprinkle with nuts.
