Beets are one of the healthiest vegetables that everyone should eat. They contain a lot of vitamins, and they also have a very beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal tract. This product will also be a great ingredient for various dishes from salads and borscht to dumplings and pies.

Ingredients:

  • beets - 100 g
  • goat cheese - 100 g
  • orange - 50 g
  • walnuts - 30 g
  • lettuce leaves -100 g
  • lemon juice, sugar and olive oil for the dressing - 3:1

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the nuts with a knife, rolling pin or blender.

2. Wash the beets, dry and wrap them in foil, and bake for 20 minutes to roast them well.

3. Peel carefully and cut into large random pieces.

4. Peel the orange and dissasemble into slices.

5. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

Delicious ready-made salad.

6. Layer the salad: put the beets and orange slices on the bottom of the plate, sprinkle with nuts and goat cheese, put the lettuce leaves on top and pour the dressing over generously.
