Lazy lasagna is the perfect option for a delicious and satisfying dinner in a hurry. You don't have to fuss with the base and filling for a long time – the dish can be prepared in just 20-30 minutes.

The recipe for lazy lasagna was shared by food blogger Anastasia Solopiy. It was posted on Instagram.

Lazy lasagna

Ingredients:

  • pita bread - 2 pcs.
  • chicken fillet - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • tomato paste - 70 g
  • ayvar - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 2 tsp.
  • water - 100 ml
  • mozzarella - 250 g
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the fillet with onions into minced meat. Fry in a frying pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes.

2. Add tomato paste, ayvar, and water.

3. Salt, add sugar, and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.

4. Grease a baking dish with oil, and put one pita bread so that the edges hang out of the dish.

Minced meat for a dish

5. Grate the mozzarella. Sprinkle some of it on the pita bread.

6. Tear the second pita into pieces, and put 1/3 of it in the mold.

7. Put a layer of tomato sauce with minced meat. Cover with the rest of the pita bread.

Forming lasagna

8. Sprinkle with cheese, put pieces of pita bread and minced meat. Cover the minced meat with the edges of the pita base.

9. Lubricate the top with sour cream and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

10. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
