Breakfast is a mandatory meal, it gives you a boost of energy for several hours, so it should be as balanced and satisfying as possible. Experts recommend eating protein products, as well as vegetables and berries.

An excellent option is cheesecakes, cottage cheese casseroles, lazy dumplings, omelets, scrambles, and scrambled eggs.

On Instagram, MasterChef judge Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared his secrets and recipe for a delicious poached egg, which is a great breakfast option, and if you add vegetables and herbs, it will be twice as healthy.

The secret of a successful dish:

  • use fresh eggs
  • wine or apple cider vinegar, it is needed so that the protein does not dissolve in water, but rather sets faster
  • boil the egg for 2 minutes
  • make a proper pool of water, not too strong
  • in no case throw the egg into the pool so that there is no height from the water,

"I let it stay in the water for 30 seconds, then I wrap the whirlpool again and put in the next one," the chef added.

Ingredients:

  • wine or apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • water - 1

Method of preparation:

1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add vinegar.

2. Use a spoon to make a hole in the water, but not too big.

3. Gently place an egg in the middle directly from the bowl without any distance from the surface.

4. Cook for about 2 minutes.

5. Take out the finished product, pat it dry with a napkin, and you can serve it right away.

"You can dip it in ice water and serve it cold after a while, for example, in a salad for breakfast," Volodymyr recommends.
