  • 130 g of boiling water
  • 150 g of flour

  • 12 g of baking powder

Method of preparation:

1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Divide the sugar in half as well.

2. Add salt to the whites and beat until frothy, gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

3. Beat the yolks with sugar until fluffy white.

4. Add the oil and cocoa to the yolks, mix well, pour in the boiling water, and mix well again.

5. Add the proteins to the finished mass and mix with a spatula until smooth.

6. Sift the flour, starch, and baking powder and mix. Mix gently and pour into the mold.

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 150-170 degrees for 40-50 minutes until a skewer comes out dry.
