Cooks advise to add raw grated potatoes to the mincemeat, if there are no eggs in the mincemeat.

Ingredients:

  • Stuffing - 500 g
  • Raw potatoes - 250 g
  • Onion - 1/2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves.
  • Salt, paprika, hopeli suneli, black pepper - to taste

Stuffing:

  • Boiled egg - 1 piece.
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Sour cream or homemade mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons.

Method of preparation:

1. Add chopped onion, garlic and raw potatoes to the minced meat.

2. Add spices, mix thoroughly.

3. Filling: boil the egg, chop it finely or grate it and put it in a bowl.

4. Grate the cheese and add to the same.

5. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.

6. Form cutlets with your hands, put stuffing inside.

7. Transfer to a baking tray and send to the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
