What to add to minced meat to make cutlets juicy: the perfect recipe
Cutlets are delicious when made with meat that is not too fatty. But at the same time, the dish can be dry. Therefore, to keep the product juicy, you should add one secret ingredient.

Ingredients:
- minced meat - 1-1.5 kg
- potatoes - 3-4 pcs
- onions - 3-4 pcs
- bun (or white bread)
- eggs - 1 pc
- milk
- salt, pepper, mustard, butter
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the potatoes and onions in a blender (you can also pass them through a meat grinder).
2. Break the bun (bread) into pieces and soak in milk so that they are completely covered. Leave to swell and absorb the liquid.
3. Without squeezing the milk, add the bread, egg, vegetables, salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard.
5. Knead the minced meat well and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Leave for a while. Heat a small amount of oil. Form cutlets with wet hands and fry.
6. When they are browned on one side, turn them over to the other, and cover with a lid. Fry until cooked.
