Ingredients:

  • cabbage leaves - 1 kg
  • grated potatoes - 1 kg
  • minced meat - 0.5 kg
  • onions - 3 pcs
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • tomatoes - 3-4 pcs
  • sour cream - 2-3 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 100-120 ml
  • salt, pepper, turmeric, spices
  • parsley, dill

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare cabbage leaves. Dip the cabbage in boiling water and gradually separate all the leaves.

2. Dice the onion and grate the carrots.

3. First fry the onion until soft, then add the carrots. Stir fry until the carrots are tender.

4. Grate the potatoes and one onion. Drain the grated potatoes from excess liquid.

5. Mix the potatoes with the roast, adding the minced meat, dill, parsley, turmeric, salt and pepper. Mix well.
