Of all the sauces and dressings mayonnaise is the most commonly used. It can be easily prepared at home in a matter of minutes, which is how you can be sure of the quality and safety of the product. If you want your mayonnaise to be very balanced and delicate in taste, some food bloggers advise making the sauce with milk and without eggs.

On her Instagram page, food blogger Anna (anny.cooking) shared a recipe for homemade no-egg mayonnaise with milk, which takes just 1 minute to make, on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • warm milk - 100 ml
  • vegetable oil - 200 ml
  • mild mustard - 1.5 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/3 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour milk and oil into a container.

2. Gradually beat the mass with an immersion blender, lifting the blender up and down.

3. Add mustard, salt, sugar, and lemon juice and whisk again.

Store the finished mayonnaise in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

If for some reason you do not consume dairy products, you can make vegan mayonnaise. To do this, replace regular milk with vegetable one.
